How I work?
For me the way I work is the most important thing. I like when things are planned and structured, with a clear purpose. But not everything can be planned, and sometimes it’s important to find new and better ways. The main goal is to keep it simple and not overcomplicate it.
My Values
Growth
I want to be 1% better every day, exploring new skills, perspectives, and ways of thinking. Growth also means innovation, not sticking to one thing but staying in motion, always evolving and adapting.
Simplicity
Clean, honest communication is essential, and keeping things uncomplicated is the key to progress. The best design is simple, where the message shines clearly without distraction.
Excelence
For me excellence means going beyond expectations with dedication. Every detail matters, and every pixel has to be perfect.
Adaptation
Although everything can look planned and perfect, there were, are and will be many f*ck ups on the way. The key is Adaptation. It’s about not being blindly stuck on things that just don’t work, but having the flexibility to adjust and move forward.
My Framework
This is my simplified framework for design. It’s not a rigid set of rules, but rather a clear structure that I adapt to almost every project I work on. The steps help me stay focused, organized, and creative – while still leaving space for flexibility, because every project is unique.ructure, and everything has a plan. But of course everything has a limit and the main goal is to Keep it simple!
Understand
Every project starts with listening. I want to truly understand the problem, the people involved, and the bigger picture. That means asking questions, doing research, and looking beyond the surface.
Plan
Once I have clarity, I create a structure. That’s where goals, priorities, and scope are defined. I like when things are organized and when everyone knows what comes next.
Design
This is where ideas turn into reality. I sketch, wireframe, and prototype. Feedback loops are an important part of this step. I believe good design is never done in isolation, but shaped together.
Deliver
Finally, I make sure everything is polished, tested, and easy to hand over. Whether it’s a clickable prototype, a final design system, or a clear documentation, I want the result to be simple to use and ready to make an impact.
